The reports for the Net Promoter Score (NPS) and ranking show you the individual responses, the average value and the median, as well as a development over time (for NPS only).<\/p>\n\n

The average value is calculated from the sum of all values divided by the number of values. <\/p>\n\n

The median is calculated by listing all values in ascending order and determining the middle of this distribution.<\/p>\n\n
