To do so, go to the project overview page. Here you can see the status of your surveys: Draft, Survey active, Paused, or Finished.   <\/p>\n\n<p>If the survey is active, paused, or finished, you will see a button labeled <strong>Results<\/strong>. Multiple counts per user are possible. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Total participants: <\/strong>Number of people who answered at least one question<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Completion rate: <\/strong>Number of participants who fully completed the survey.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Active since: <\/strong>indicates when the survey was launched<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Additionally, you can export the report as a CSV file, copy the link to the report to share it with your team, and refresh or reset the survey results. <\/p>\n\n<p>In the reporting section, you will see a breakdown of all questions and answers. <\/p>\n\n<p>The results look different depending on the question type, but for each question you will always find out  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>how many answers were submitted<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>whether the question was mandatory<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the response rate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>You can also reach the results page via the editor of your survey. <\/p>\n\n<p>In the upper right corner, you will find the &#8220;View results&#8221; link, which takes you to the reporting.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.poll-hero.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Ergebnisse-ansehen.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"407\" height=\"134\" src=\"https:\/\/www.poll-hero.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Ergebnisse-ansehen.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-900\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.poll-hero.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Ergebnisse-ansehen.png 407w, https:\/\/www.poll-hero.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Ergebnisse-ansehen-300x99.png 300w, https:\/\/www.poll-hero.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Ergebnisse-ansehen-360x119.png 360w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 407px) 100vw, 407px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>You can view and monitor your survey at any time.
