How much does PollHero cost?

You can use PollHero for free. In the Free plan, you can run one active survey with three questions. You can view the prices of the other plans on the pricing page.

Yes, PollHero is 100% GDPR-compliant. Your data and your customers’ data are stored and processed exclusively in Germany. No data is transferred to other countries. Of course, we also have a suitable data processing agreement (DPA) ready for you upon request.

PollHero offers a range of features, including AI reporting features, Custom CSS, Custom User Attributes, extensive design features, e-commerce features, and 2-factor authentication.

All Features

PollHero offers you three different AI features.

  • AI Sentiment Analysis: When you use free-text responses, our AI automatically detects the sentiments your respondents express, without you having to laboriously read through the responses.
  • AI Topic Clusters: All free-text responses are conveniently grouped into topics, allowing you to quickly gain an overview of the most important concerns of your participants.
  • AI Summary: Receive a brief, precise summary of all free-text responses per question. Particularly useful when you receive many detailed responses.
PollHero has no limit; you can invite as many employees as you need.

You can change your plan in the account management. Click on “Manage Account” and in the “Payment & Subscription” section, click on “Manage Subscription”. You will be redirected to our payment partner Stripe, where you can view your current plan and upgrade or downgrade it.

PollHero is compatible with all common shop systems.
No, PollHero has no impact on your website’s loading time.

Downgrading an account does not affect the responses received so far. You can continue to view all previous responses.

You can install PollHero either manually via a tracking element in your code or through a third-party provider such as Google Tag Manager. A Shopify app and additional plugins for even easier integration into your systems are currently in development.
With PollHero, you can create embedded surveys, stand-alone surveys, pop-up surveys, and on-site surveys.

No, PollHero surveys do not lower your conversion rate. We have conducted A/B tests with some of our customers and found that the conversion rate either remains unchanged or even improved by 4.5% in one case. Surveys do not disrupt your customers during their shopping experience.

You will be redirected to our payment partner Stripe. Click on “Cancel Subscription” here. This only cancels your subscription but does not delete your PollHero account.
