You can either embed the survey on your site or send your customers an email with a link to the stand-alone survey.
Good questions to test brand awareness include, for example:
- How did you hear about us?
- How would you explain our brand to someone else?
- Please rate your most recent experience with our brand.
- What was your first impression of us?
- Did you switch to us from another brand? Why?
- How likely are you to recommend us?
- Which values come to mind when you think of our brand?
- What are your expectations of our brand?
We recommend running brand awareness surveys no more than once per quarter. Opinions about a brand typically do not change that quickly—unless you have gone viral.
