Track brand awareness

With open-ended questions, multi-select questions, ratings, or the NPS, you can easily track your brand perception among your visitors and customers.

You can either embed the survey on your site or send your customers an email with a link to the stand-alone survey.

Good questions to test brand awareness include, for example:
  • How did you hear about us?
  • How would you explain our brand to someone else?
  • Please rate your most recent experience with our brand.
  • What was your first impression of us?
  • Did you switch to us from another brand? Why?
  • How likely are you to recommend us?
  • Which values come to mind when you think of our brand?
  • What are your expectations of our brand?
We recommend running brand awareness surveys no more than once per quarter. Opinions about a brand typically do not change that quickly—unless you have gone viral.
