You can use PollHero for free. In the Free plan, you can run one active survey with three questions. You can view the prices of the other plans on the pricing page.

You can change your plan in the account management. Click on “Manage Account” and in the “Payment & Subscription” section, click on “Manage Subscription”. You will be redirected to our payment partner Stripe, where you can view your current plan and upgrade or downgrade it.
Downgrading an account does not affect the responses received so far. You can continue to view all previous responses.

No, PollHero surveys do not lower your conversion rate. We have conducted A/B tests with some of our customers and found that the conversion rate either remains unchanged or even improved by 4.5% in one case. Surveys do not disrupt your customers during their shopping experience.

You can install PollHero either manually via a tracking element in your code or through a third-party provider such as Google Tag Manager. A Shopify app and additional plugins for even easier integration into your systems are currently in development.

Yes, PollHero is 100% GDPR compliant. Your data and your customers’ data are exclusively stored and processed in Germany. No data is transferred to other countries. Of course, we also have a suitable Data Processing Agreement (DPA) readily available for you upon request.
What AI features does PollHero offer?
PollHero offers AI Sentiment Analysis. If you use free-text responses, our AI automatically detects the sentiments expressed by your respondents, saving you the effort of reading through every answer.
Will PollHero slow down my website?
