The permanently displayed embedded survey continuously collects feedback from real users—directly in the usage context on the product detail page.

Step 1: Quick Feedback with Emoji Rating

Directly below the size chart, the question is displayed:

“Was this information helpful?”

Users respond with five emojis—from very positive to very negative.

The barrier to participation is therefore extremely low, and ARMEDANGELS receives direct feedback at the exact moment users make a size decision.

Step 2: Intelligent Follow-Up Question for Negative Feedback

The actual added value comes from PollHero’s survey logic.

When users select a negative to neutral emoji, the follow-up question is automatically displayed:

“What information would you have needed?”

This gives ARMEDANGELS not only ratings, but concrete qualitative insights on missing information, uncertainties about fit, or problems with size selection.

Native Integration in ARMEDANGELS Design

The survey was fully implemented in the look and feel of ARMEDANGELS.

Thanks to PollHero’s custom CSS capabilities, the embedded survey integrates seamlessly into the existing shop design—including typography, colors, spacing, and UI elements.

For users, the survey therefore appears as a native component of the shop and not as an external third-party solution.

Quick Integration with Direct Injection

For the technical integration, ARMEDANGELS used PollHero’s Direct Injection feature.

This simply defines at which CSS selector the embedded survey should be placed—for example, before, after, or within a specific element.

This allowed the survey to be integrated directly below the size chart without additional development effort or individual frontend adjustments.

The integration was therefore live within a very short time.

The open-ended responses are automatically analyzed and grouped using PollHero’s AI theme clusters.
