For the AI functions, responses from chat surveys and data for evaluation in Result STUDIO are transmitted to OpenAI OpCo, LLC in the USA.
PollHero is developed and hosted in Germany. This makes the software and artificial intelligence 100% GDPR-compliant. Additionally, PollHero offers you another level of data protection through two-factor authentication.
Within the surveys, you can manage in the settings whether personal data is shown in the reporting. Per project, it is possible to enable or disable PII (personally identifiable information) masking. Email addresses and numbers with 4 or more digits are censored in the responses.
easyfeedback is also located in Germany. The servers and the development of the tool take place in Germany. However, easyfeedback uses OpenAI (ChatGPT) for AI analysis of conversation protocols in surveys and for the analysis of free-text responses. easyfeedback also sends data to OpenAI for reporting analysis. Although personal data is pseudonymized when sent to OpenAI, data is still sent to a US company.
In addition to annual plans, easyfeedback also offers the option to book individual surveys. The price depends on the number of surveys, the number of participants, and the duration of the survey. easyfeedback offers a discount for pupils students for single bookings. A single booking (Single-Plan) for one survey with 1000 participants and a 3-month duration costs, with 5,000 participants the costs increase to €355.
