Reporting: Net Promoter Score & Rating

The reports for the Net Promoter Score (NPS) and ranking show you the individual responses, the average value and the median, as well as a development over time (for NPS only).

The average value is calculated from the sum of all values divided by the number of values.

The median is calculated by listing all values in ascending order and determining the middle of this distribution.
