In a Matrix question, customers can rate different answers on a scale. Unlike a Rating Scale, you can collect all answers within a single question, saving your customers from a lengthy survey. Furthermore, you can define the rating scale yourself. The scale is the same for all answer options. This allows you to gain valuable insights and identify connections between the answers.
Configuration options:
- You can set whether the question should be mandatory.
- You can set whether the questions are displayed randomly.
Logic: You cannot set up logic for Matrix questions.
